Ardingly cricket playing

Cricket Club

Ardingly Cricket Club is a friendly, sociable and inclusive cricket club. The club is lucky enough to play its matches at the Recreation Ground in the village, which offers one of the best wickets around. The club offers a range of playing options when it comes to participating in cricketing activities, including Saturday league games for both our league teams, mid week T20 games played in June and July and occasional friendlies against other local clubs. Our annual Cricket Week takes place at the end of June, including our Presidents Game with traditional cricket tea, inter village game with the Legion and T20 games against local clubs, all with bar and BBQ.

In the close season, we try and have a few social gatherings amongst the players. Our winter nets start in early January at Ardingly College, who very generously let us have use of their excellent nets facilities at their sports hall.

At the moment the club does not have a junior colt section, but we are keen to change this. If you are interested in getting involved with junior cricket and have kids who want to play cricket, please get in touch.

Ardingly Cricket Club are always welcoming new players of all ages and abilities. If you want to join and get involved please get in touch.
