The Parish Clerk office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am – 2pm. And on Wednesdays in the afternoons.
The Parish Clerk Surgery is held the second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 2pm – 4pm in the Reading Room of Hapstead Hall. This is a chance to get to know our new Clerk and RFO, Tracy Cruickshank and share any concerns you have. (Please note there will be no surgeries during the January and August holidays)
