The Passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

 

 

Buckingham Palace has confirmed the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Ardingly Parish Council joins the nation in sending our heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family

A Village book of condolence is available Monday to Sunday from today including the day of the funeral from 8am to 4pm in the hub at Hapstead Hall for those that wish to pay their respects

Anyone that wishes to make an entry at a time outside of these times should contact the Clerk at [email protected]

The book will close the day after the funeral

Floral Tributes that the public wish to lay should be laid under the Oak on the grassed area in the Village Centre, The Parish Council politely asks that Parishioners  take care to keep access pavements clear when placing their tributes

Ardingly Parish Council once again would like to express its deep sadness for the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and take this opportunity to recognise her unwavering commitment to her serving the country and her dedication to her role as the nation’s monarch
