Services in Ardingly are delivered by different councils. 

To help resolve issues as quickly as possible, use the guidance below to report your concern to the correct authority.

Travel Support & Concessionary Travel

Find information about discounted travel, bus passes, railcards and help with school transport for young people, older people and disabled residents. 

Mid Sussex Concessionary Rail Travel

Eligible residents can receive a subsidised rail pass renewal for ÂŁ28 per year instead of the standard ÂŁ35.

How to apply

  1. Contact Mid Sussex District Council on 01444 458166 and request a concessionary travel personal code.
  2. Once you have your code, either:
    • Visit your local railway station, or
    • Apply online via the Mid Sussex District Council concessionary travel page, or
    • Call 0345 300 0250.
