Hire Our Community Pavilion
Our Community Pavilion is available for private hire by individuals, community groups and businesses. It is a flexible, bright space with direct access to the Recreation Ground, suitable for parties, meetings, classes, community activities and other local events. It is well suited to both one-off bookings and regular group use.
Bookings and enquiries are handled by Ardingly Parish Council’s Recreation & Open Spaces committee. To check availability or ask about hire charges, please use the contact details below.

The pavilion provides a flexible indoor space suitable for a variety of layouts and activities.

Hire Charges
The Community Pavilion is available to hire at a cost of ÂŁ50 for the first 4 hours, and ÂŁ10 per hour thereafter.
A refundable deposit of ÂŁ50 is required. This will be returned in full, provided the pavilion is left clean and in good condition after use.
Discounted rates are available for longer-term or regular bookings.
Charities and local organisations may be eligible to apply for a grant to use the pavilion free of charge.
