The Christmas tree is up in the centre of the village and all is ready for Saturday’s Christmas Fair at Hapstead Hall, 2-4:30pm.
At 4:45pm the Christingle and Carols and lighting of the oak tree will take place with free mince pies, mulled wine and hot chocolate for everyone provided by the Parish Council. This will take place outside, under the oak tree in front of Hapstead Hall. If the weather is frightful we will just move into the hall, so do plan on coming along!
As we head into the festive season, we’re delighted to share details of a brand-new community event happening in the village this Christmas. Ardingly Christmas Together will take place on Saturday 20th December, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Hapstead Hall.
Everyone is warmly invited to come along and enjoy an evening of Christmas cheer with friends, neighbours, and fellow residents. There’ll be free food, drinks served by the Royal British Legion, and festive music including Christmas songs led by the community choir. Don’t forget to wear your most eye-catching Christmas jumper – there will be prizes for the best one!
This is a family-friendly event, open to all ages, and a wonderful chance to come together, meet new people, and celebrate the season as a community.
